Paper & Digital Productivity Systems™

The Purpose

The Paper Productivity System™ and/or The Digital Productivity System ™ is designed to provide a centrally-understood system for filing and retrieving paper and/or digital nformation.

    The Process

    For digital information, the process involves determining if the software currently used can accommodate the desired outcome, including contact management and e-mail programs. If it will, we develop a methodology for using your existing tools, and train the users. If it does not, we work with you to identify appropriate solutions, methodologies and training.

    For paper we suggest  the iProductive Environment Platform™ (iPEP) which allows multiple users and teams to share access to the location of  physical documents with a keyword search.  Users are directed to the location of the physical file, shelf, box, etc. where the resource is located.
