Tracy is a productivity expert; consultant, speaker and trainer, helping business professionals improve workflow organization. She specializes in improving efficiencies for email, electronic document and paper information management providing organizational services, training and products that improve work quality and productivity, reduce operating costs, and improve employee collaboration.
Simplicated, LLC grew out of Tracy’s desire to share the lessons learned throughout her career as an entrepreneur and business owner. As the founder and owner of four successful businesses over the past 20 years, one which reached 1.3 million dollars in sales during its first fiscal year, she fully appreciates the pressures facing the business professional as well as the key mandates for business operation and long term viability.
Tracy was born and raised in Oregon, attended Portland State University and resides in Bend, Oregon where she has lived for the past 30 years pursuing her own quest to achieve simplicity and balance in her work and as a mother of two (now grown) daughters.
Tracy is a Paper Tiger Authorized Consultant™ (PTAC™) certified by the Paper Tiger Productivity Institute and a certified trainer for Cohesive Knowledge Solutions© a company specializing in email and electronic filing efficiencies. She has presented the Info-Excellence Seminar to a host of Fortune 500 employees and executives. She serves as a Board Member for the Entrepreneurial Council, Bend Oregon Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) the Oregon Chapter of NAPO and NAPO’s Quantum Leap Community Service Program.
