Having spent 25 years as an entrepreneur and business owner, Simplicated, LLC grew out of Tracy’s desire to share the lessons learned throughout her career. As the founder and owner of four successful businesses, one which reached 1.3 million dollars in sales during its first fiscal year, she fully appreciates the pressures facing the business professional as well as the key mandates for business operation and long term viability believing the success of a career and/or business can be attributed (in part) by is well designed and refined work-flow systems to manage information and by leveraging an organization’s existing tools and technology.
In addition, imparting knowledge and skills that leverage technology Tracy's passion for facilitation, productivity, efficiencies, work/life balance and teaching make her an effective consultant and trainer.

Tracy was born and raised in Oregon, attended Portland State University and resides in Oregon with her husband Andy pursuing her own quest to achieve simplicity and balance in her work and as a mother of two (now grown) daughters and one granddaughter.
Tracy is an Certified Productive Environment Specialist (CPES), as well as a certified trainer for Cohesive Knowledge Solutions© a company specializing in email and electronic filing efficiencies. She has presented the Info-Excellence Seminar to a host of Fortune 500 employees and executives. She serves as a Board Member for the Entrepreneurial Council, Bend Oregon Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) the Oregon Chapter of NAPO.
